Expertly-led pre-recorded online classes are 35 minutes long, suitable for all levels and very convenient. All you need is some space, a mat/towel/rug, a device and your body.

Online Pilates (resistance bands optional)

Get ready to work hard in these fun Mat workouts. We start immediately with a warm-up designed to open our backs and connect us to our centres. We then move on to a traditional flow, adding pace and a little creativity to exercises like the Hundred, Rolling Like a Ball, and much more!

Please be aware these online classes are not designed for pregnant women and by participating in our live online classes, you are agreeing to the liability waiver.

Group Face-to-Face Pilates

Welcoming, focused and well structured, all Group classes are mat-work based and provide participants with the opportunity to work at their own pace and level, with a clear focus on improving strength, flexibility, co-ordination and overall body awareness.

Gentle flow classes are designed for those who wish to work at a more gentle pace. There is a focus on technique alongside strengthening muscles to support the skeletal structure, stabilising core engagement, and improving mobility and flexibility. The class finishes with a 5-minute guided relaxation.

Mixed ability classes are aimed at all levels. A little faster-paced than Gentle flow classes but completely suitable for first-timers. Adaptations and modifications are provided to suit individual needs. Progressions are given to those who are ready, to ensure everyone is getting the most out of each session.

Dynamic Flow classes go a step further. They are slightly more intense and dynamic, designed to increase your heart rate, improve posture and build lean, toned muscle.

All classes include the use of small equipment (including Dyna-bands, mini balls, Pilates resistance rings and Pilates blocks) to aid or intensify your workout.

Personalised 1:1 Postnatal and Mum and Baby group Pilates

Personalised postnatal sessions provide you with the opportunity to experience the invaluable and gentle benefits of Pilates in the comfort of your own home.

Postnatal Pilates is ideal to gently support your body during your postnatal time. Strengthening your core muscles, easing back and shoulder tension, decreasing feelings of fatigue and stress - a few of the many benefits to support and enhance this very important time in your life.

Postnatal private sessions are also available on a small group basis; a great opportunity to gather together your NCT friends for a Postnatal Pilates session.

Before starting Postnatal Pilates, you must wait six weeks after a natural birth and eight to twelve weeks after a cesarean. Always consult your doctor before starting the class.

Sessions can be purchased as single, one-off sessions or as a course of four or six.

he sessions are tailored specifically to your fitness goals. and are ideal if you are recovering from injury or illness, recently had a baby, unable to attend a group class or would like an introduction to the principles of Pilates, prior to joining a class.

Depending on your requirements, we use a wide variety of small Pilates equipment, including Dynabands, Pilates blocks, Pilates resistance rings and foam rollers.

Sessions can be purchased as single, one-off sessions or as a course of four or six.

Bringing Pilates into your workplace could enhance productivity through dynamic movements that relieve stress, increase circulation and lift energy levels.

Pilates is ideal for the workplace because it can be practiced by almost anyone and can be done almost anywhere, space permitting. Classes are mixed ability, 45 minutes long and held on a weekly basis. They are mat-work based and are designed to suit the specific needs of the employees in the workplace.

Classes run for either a 6 or 10 week course depending on the workplace’s requirements.
